“CCDA is pleased to offer the NYU Certificate in Faith, Innovation, and Social Impact to its members and partner organizations. This year, we are offering a special version of the course in collaboration with CCDA member, the Center for Beauty and Resistance (CBR).

In today's increasingly complex world, our communities face unprecedented challenges, ranging from climate change and declining mental health to gun violence and economic disparity. To tackle these issues effectively, we need fresh perspectives, innovative strategies, and the unique strengths of our faith traditions. This Certificate, designed specifically for faith-rooted leaders, explores key concepts in innovation, features problem-based learning and case studies, and engages with systemic and design thinking. In this special course offering, CBR will accompany participants in the inner spiritual work needed to stay grounded in core values and live out their deepest convictions — even and especially as they engage in the demanding work of faith-rooted innovation.

The course begins October 10-11 and runs weekly until January 2027 excluding holidays and discounts will be given to cohort participants that attend as a group.
